Mentorship.
Mentorship is an integral part of WLiT fellowship. Here at WLiT we believe that a mentor will encourage you, give you feedback, provide you advice, and help you identify and accomplish your goals. The Mentorship program started from WLiT Fellowship 2016/17 and we have had 86 mentors so far. Each year, the mentor and mentee pairs vary depending on the mentee; for some, we match based on similarities, and for others, we pair based on differences. Each month, we send out mentors a guided session based on which their monthly discussions happen about different topics.
